Meet Tara

My name is Tara Hallmark and I am proud to call  rural Missouri home. 

Like many families in  Miller and Pulaski, I've experienced both the opportunities and the challenges of living in our rural district. I joined the Navy out of high school and proudly became a military wife. We are like many retired military households we came from little and struggling.  My belief, values and history comes from good government is by the people, for the people.

I believe in equality for every person deserves to be represented and heard. 

I believe in stewardship. Public trust with taxpayer dollars requires responsibility with accountability of funds spent yesterday and promised tomorrow.
