EXPERIENCED AND PREPARED FOR THE WORK
A state representative must study legislation, understand budgets, ask difficult questions, work with agencies and communities, communicate, and remain accountable to all the people who elected them.
My experience has prepared me for those responsibilities. My tenure and accolades has shown large scale multi state operations from cradle to grave.
From port to port and post to post; as my active duty spouse served abroad, I did my part at home with cities, counties, federal, universities and states.
As a public servant with job corps, law enforcement agencies and emergency management, I learned to focus on the law and work within systems while staying focused on the people those systems are supposed to serve. Taxpayer funds and investments are numbers of real people lives.
Through disaster planning, response, recovery and hazard mitigation grants, I learned that public dollars require documentation, oversight, responsible decisions, and long-term accountability.
My actions throughout the midwest on stewardship and equality are established and consistant.
Through public safety and instruction, I learned the importance of preparation, clear communication, teamwork, and making complex information understandable.
Through agriculture and small business, I learned firsthand about risk, private property, operating costs, changing conditions, and the determination required to keep working when outcomes are uncertain.
Through military-family life, I learned discipline, adaptability, duty, and the importance of supporting both those who serve and the families who serve beside them.
These are not separate chapters of my life. Together, they provide the judgment, practical experience, and understanding I will bring to the Missouri House.
I am prepared to examine legislation carefully, protect taxpayer resources, help constituents navigate government, and make sure rural communities are not treated as an afterthought.
I believe in public service. Every decision made should reflect the people of District 124 and invest movements in the future with values that make our rural communities and homes strong.
I will approach every issue with an open, ready to study facts, listens to the people affected and work hard for realistic solutions.
I will connect regular common people and families that work hardest and pay the most taxes. Everyone is too busy and need an advocate for their future to be better. Clean water for the future and leaving home better for our children and their children.
I will work hard and demand hard work in return.
I will study every issues carefully.
I will be accessible to the people.
I will never forget the responsibility to serve and raise up all people of Miller and Pulaski Counties with accountability, stewardship and common sense today and tomorrow.
